Sleep, What is That? Sleep deprivation has a huge impact on every parents who let their child co-sleep with them. I realise this every too well from personal experience. more or little days I bewilder myself tired, exhausted from the day-to-day activities. Oh, how I miss sleep. My mommy always used to say, You never know what tired is until you bewilder kids. She was right. Its in each clean cat wads now. or so nights I find myself sex because my girl, who is a restless sleeper, is spread out all all over my and my husbands cognise as if our big businessman size mattress was meant for her only. I am a light sleeper, and a restless sleeper simply cannot coexist peacefully in the same sleep together. Which is why I arrive lost unnumerable hours of sleep. I feel if I never had started the habit of allow her sleep with me this wouldnt be such an issue now. So how did this co sleeping toddler family bed night lie with to be, you ask? By the same path of my previous family bed nights desperation, exhaustion, and a waving of the proverbial white flag. Ever since my daughter started sleeping in our bed at a new-made age its hard to break the habit. I couldnt tell you the last time I slept peacefully. When she was born, I was told to not to let her sleep with me. I wish I had listened. It all started when we lived on our own.

Her father worked second shift so we would sopor in my bed until he got home. Sometimes he difference up working doubles so she would sleep with me passim the night. She became so accustomed to sleeping with us that now its an every night thing. She is going on three ! years old now, and has only slept in her bed a handfull of times. Most days if I get her to sleep, I can flummox her in her own bed. Guaranteed by morning, she will be in bed with her father and me. Disrupted sleep is something I cast off become accustomed to. Whether its her drooling on me, kicking me in the side or something of that nature I cant sleep. Most nights I feel like Im fighting a ninja.
